Your Daily Physical Therapy Room

Welcome to your interactive execution directory. Match your afternoon calendar targets with the high-definition anatomical 3D animation loops below. Isolate your focus, control your breathing sequence, and never force the muscle tissue.

Movement 1 • Vascular Decompressor

The Pelvic Tilt

Designed to relieve mechanical compression along the lower urethral highway and expand localized blood circulation metrics.

  • Step 1:
Lie flat on your back on your teal mat, bend your knees comfortably to 90 degrees, and keep your feet flat and parallel on the ground.
  • Step 2:
Inhale deeply, expanding your belly. As you exhale, gently lock your lower stomach muscles and rotate your tailbone slightly upward.
  • Step 3:
Forcefully flatten your lower lumbar spine against the mat, completely erasing the natural lower back gap. Hold this flat compression for 5 solid seconds.
Movement 2 • Sphincter Conditioning

The Kegel Hold

Engineered to rebuild the active structural tone of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle network to eradicate stream hesitation.

  • Step 1:
Consciously drop all muscular tension from your external glutes, thighs, and stomach. Breathe naturally from your diaphragm.
  • Step 2:
Isolate the deep internal muscles you would instinctively use to halt a running urinary stream mid-flow or to hold back gas.
  • Step 3:
Squeeze and pull those internal muscle fibers inward and upward away from the mat. Hold this isometric lock for 5 to 6 seconds, then fully release to zero tension.
Movement 3 • Prostatic Fluid Pump

The Glute Bridge

Utilizes vertical fluid mechanics to safely drain stagnation out of the prostate cavity and accelerate lower artery flow.

  • Step 1:
Lie flat on your back, pull your heels close to your glutes keeping your feet perfectly parallel, and rest your palms flat on the floor.
  • Step 2:
Drive your weight down through your heels and elevate your hips towards the ceiling until your torso forms a clean, straight line to your knees.
  • Step 3:
Actively squeeze your glutes and draw your deep pelvic muscles inward at the peak apex for 2 seconds. Smoothly lower your spine bone-by-bone back to baseline.
